Terrell Young (born August 7 1985 in Grenada, Mississippi) is an American Minor League Baseball pitcher in the Cincinnati Reds organization.

He made his minor league debut in 2004, and spent 2004 and 2005 with the GCL Reds. In 2006, Young spent the year with the Billings Mustangs, and the Dayton Dragons. He played with both the Dragons and the Sarasota Reds in 2007 and 2008.

Young was selected by the Washington Nationals in the 2008 Rule 5 draft, but was returned to the Cincinnati Reds on May 13, 2009.
