Leonard "Bad Boy" Garcia (born July 14 , 1979) is a Mexican American mixed martial artist. He previously fought in the UFC lightweight division. He currently competes in the WEC featherweight division. He is most known for his 3 round war against UFC contender Roger Huerta where he lost a unanimous decision. He won his fight at WEC 32 - Albuquerque against Hiroyuki Takaya on February 13, 2008. Leonard dominated former UFC champion and WEC #1 contender Jens Pulver, ending the fight in the first round on November 5, 2008. On March 1, 2009, Garcia lost the WEC featherweight title match against champion Mike Brown. He is tenatively scheduled to fight Jameel Massouh on August 9, 2009 at WEC 42.
